Travis & Greg’s Ogunquit Engagement Session
For those of you following me on Instagram, or for those of you who live in Maine/New England, June and early July have been very cloudy and rainy. However, Travis and Greg’s Ogunquit engagement session brought the sun! We started by exploring Marginal Way, which features some of my favorite rocky shoreline in southern Maine. Marginal Way is such a wonderful place for engagement portraits- not only do you have long sections of cliffs to choose from, but there are also beaches, a pathway dotted with beach roses, and a little lighthouse. I was thrilled when Travis and Greg eased their way down a cliff to make their way to the location in this first photo- while getting down was a little precarious, the spot was perfect for photos!
We then stopped by Perkins Cove, a spot where Travis fished as a child, and explored the dock and the bridge as the sun started to set. Finally, we stopped at Footbridge Beach. While the sun had largely disappeared, we were left with misty skies and pastel color, which was the perfect end to our wonderfully sunny day.
Thank you for spending the evening with me in Ogunquit for your engagement portraits, Travis and Greg! I’m looking forward to your Rangely Inn wedding in September and experiencing a whole different part of the state with you! And, without further ado, here are my favorite photos from our time together- enjoy!
