Lindsay & Ian’s Winterport Maine Engagement Portraits

I met up with Lindsay and Ian in central Maine for their Winterport engagement session, and we had such an abundance of greenery to work with- nothing like a spring for an engagement session! We explored their backyard, which featured a pond and a big field, and toward the end of our time together, Lindsay and Ian introduced me to Moxie (what a Maine name, right?), their adorable pup, who kept running excitedly all over the place. I love when dogs are included in sessions, especially when they wont be able to join us on the wedding day!

Lindsay is a plant breeder who creates varieties of squashes and flowers, and I got so excited when I heard that flower varieties that she’s created will be featured in her bouquet! In fact, she partially chose her elopement date so that her flowers would be blooming at just the right time. I cannot wait to see the floral magic she’ll create on her elopement day at Schoodic Point!
