Erin and I met in college as Resident Assistants– we were never in the same building, but we repeatedly ran into one another at training, RA interviews, and various other Residence Life functions.  I always knew she was cool because not only was she a big fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation, but (be still my beating heart!) she was a fan of Wil Wheaton, the guy who played Wesley Crusher on ST: TNG.  She was a big geeky, and proud of it, and that rocked my world.

It was a gorgeous day– high 70s, bright sun and blue sky, and we wandered through Orono to find interesting places to shoot her in her fabulous vintage dress.

A random dog decided to come over and say hi, which we dug.
