Caroline & Brad’s French’s Point Wedding
On a beautiful day in September, Caroline and Brad had their Maine wedding at the beautiful French’s Point, located in Stockton Springs. It was a day perfectly tailored to the two of them- it began with yoga, outside on the lawn (I wish I had been able to capture that!), ping pong for Brad and his attendants (which they played with gusto), and general preparations for their wedding. After a sweet look down by the water (first looks are always a great idea if you don’t want to worry about getting all of your photos done during cocktail hour), along with family and wedding party portraits, I got to witness Caroline and Brad’s beautiful ceremony, filled with emotional vows (so many tears!) and heartfelt words spoken by family and friends. Afterwards, everyone gathered in French’s Point beautiful sailcloth tent to party, lead by the wonderful Dukes of Circuit Ave. One of my favorite parts of the evening was when Caroline and Brad invited their guests to dance with them after their first dance, and the dance floor was so packed that I had to really push my way into the center of it. It’s always so much fun to create photos on such busy, energetic dance floors!
We rounded out the evening by heading back to the water to take a portrait of Caroline and Brad underneath the Milky Way, which was particularly vibrant that night. It was such a fun photo to make!
Here’s a few favorite photos from Caroline and Brad’s wedding. Enjoy!
