Bar Harbor Teen Portrait Photographer | Rebecca
This session began with my meeting Michelle Perry, a fabulous teen and senior photographer based in Arizona that I’ve admired for awhile. She happened to be visiting Maine for a month (she grew up on MDI), and we decided to bond over coffee. I suggested, offhandedly, that it was too bad she was heading back home so soon and how fun it would be to do a stylized session together. She said something along the lines of, “hey, I still have a week here, so let’s do it!”
Things almost went south when our model bailed the day before we were supposed to shoot, but it ended up being a blessing because we came across Rebecca, a gorgeous six foot teen with piercing green eyes. Even though she’s never modeled before she took to posing naturally effortlessly, and Michelle and I had a field day styling, posing, and shooting her.
Here’s to hoping I’ll have the chance to work with Rebecca again– she’s a new favorite of mine! Here are a few of my favorite photos from our time together. And, special shout out to Andrea and Denise who held reflectors for us when we needed them!
