Bangor Maine Portrait Photographer | Amy + Aaron

Amy was the winner of the One Mom in Maine and Sparrow Magazine giveaway that I ran earlier in the summer.  I was excited to find out that she was selected because I happen to know her and her boyfriend, Aaron– Amy teaches English with my husband at Bangor High School! Amy and Aaron opted to have their portrait session in Bangor, where they both live and work.  We walked along the Kenduskeag Stream and found some pretty areas to showcase their adorable relationship- we discovered woodsy paths and spots right by the water, which made it a versatile location for Bangor couples portraits.  Both of them laughed through the entire session and it’s clear how great they are for each other!

We ran into two cats during our session, and it became clear that Aaron is, as I named him, a cat whisperer.  The cats were rolling over and begging to be appreciated by Aaron.  When we walked by them a second time toward the end of our session, one of the cats literally RAN over to get more attention from Aaron.  It’s obvious that cats have a thing for him!
