Wedding Photographers in Maine | Best of 2013
What can I say about 2013? It was spectacular. On almost every Saturday, from the beginning of May to the end October, I found myself driving to new, beautiful locations, as far east as Eastport, Maine, and as south as Boston (and as a second photographer even traveled to New York City!). Each place had its own charm and picturesque qualities that I sought to explore and capture, although, of course, my sights were set first upon my couples, who were all unique and awesome in their own ways. Being a part of their wedding day was such an honor, and I’m so thankful that I was able to share with them their wedding day from my perspective. To you all– thank you. I wouldn’t be able to do this if it weren’t for your trust and your wonderfulness.
Below are a sampling of my favorite wedding images from 2013. Although I certainly appreciate gorgeous portraits and details (and you’ll see some below), you’ll find that my favorite images tend to be the little moments where you can’t help but feel a pang of… something, as well as the moments that help you remember the greater context of the day. I’m drawn to laughter, tears, evocative moments, and the fleeting, special happenings that you may have missed when you were elsewhere.
So, here it is– my favorites from 2013, in no particular order. Enjoy!
