Engagement portraits in Castine, Maine | Amanda & Will
We couldn’t have asked for a prettier day for Amanda and Will’s engagement session in Castine, Maine. The sun was shining, the sky was ever so blue, and the clouds were puffy and plentiful. And Amanda and Will, who claim that they are still in the honeymoon phase of their engagement, were especially cuddly and loving toward one another. We started at Maine Maritime Academy (where both of them attended school– Will as a engineer, and Amanda as a biologist), spent some time on the docks in downtown Castine during golden hour, and then ended at the Dyce Head Lighthouse as the sun set. Will, who is a sailor, was heading back on the boat on Wednesday for a six week stint, so these two milked their engagement session for all it was worth!
These are a few of my favorite photos from our time together. Thanks for spending the afternoon with me, Amanda and Will! Please enjoy these photos!
Ppst- if you’re curious as to what a wedding looks like in Castine, check out this Castine wedding at the Manor Hill Inn! It also features the Dyce Head lighthouse, as well as the stunning (and steep!) stairs down to the water.
