Reflections Jewelry | John Peters Estate | Maine Commercial Photographer

Last year I had the pleasure of working with Emily and photographing her gorgeous jewelry, sold under the name Reflections Jewelry.  It was a lot of fun to take on a task that isn’t exactly typical of what I usually do, but I was really excited when she told me this year that she wanted to model her own jewelry.  We spent a lot of time sharing ideas, but the real struggle came with finding an indoor location that appropriately reflected her soft and romantic style.  I looked at places all over the state, but then realized John Peters Estate would be a perfect fit, and kicked myself for not having thought of it earlier.  I had the pleasure of photographing a John Peters estate wedding in Blue Hill, Maine last year, and it ended up being one of my favorite locations– the estate is stunning, airy, and right on the ocean, all qualities I love in a wedding venue.  We were both lucky to secure the estate, and the gorgeous light and wallpaper really accented her jewelry.
