Orono Maine Family Photographer | The Libby Family
Most people aren’t exactly excited about going to the dentist– I mean, who wants to have to hold their mouth open while somebody digs in their mouth? It’s not exactly my favorite way to pass my time. But for the past few years Michelle has been my dental hygenist, and because of her I haven’t minded getting my teeth checked out twice a year. Michelle is awesome– we have a lot in common and always talk the entire time, which is kind of hard to do with your mouth wide open, but we still manage to do it. I have a feeling that our sessions always go over the specified amount of time typically set for cleanings, but I don’t care– I like to catch up with Michelle!
I was thrilled when Michelle wanted family portraits done, especially when she suggested shooting at the UMaine greenhouses. Turns out that her husband, Brad, takes care of the Clapp Greenhouses and the Ornamental Garden, and wowed us (well, me) with his technical plant vocabulary during the entire session. We, along with their son Forest (who was also awesome), frolicked around UMaine.
Michelle, by the way, was outfitted by Vintage Finery. I now can’t wait to check out the store!
Michelle, Forest, and Brad– you guys have so much sass!
Forest, seriously, love this photo of you.
The weather called for 10% chance of rain, which I read as essentially no chance of rain. However, it began to hail– check out the hail in front of Forest’s jacket!
I had a lot of fun with you guys– hope to see you soon!
