Best Maine Wedding Photography of 2017
Each and every year my 2017 year in review blog post is one of my favorites to write. After I’ve finished editing all of my 2017 weddings, I love looking through each gallery in order to update my portfolio portfolio (my next project!) and to select my favorite photos from the 2017 season. While, to be perfectly honest, my favorite photos change from day to day, I’m so happy to share this curated selection of documentary wedding and engagement photos that I’m proud to have created. I’m so lucky to have worked with so many wonderful couples who let me capture everything they feel and experience on their wedding day.
In 2017 I traveled all over the state in all four directions. North, to New England Outdoor Center, and west, to Wolf Cove Inn and Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. I was often eastward bound for weddings at French’s Point, Point Lookout, and multiple weddings, elopements, and proposals on Mount Desert Island (Bar Harbor Club, Causeway Club, Pot & Kettle Club, Bar Harbor Inn, and Acadia National Park). And finally, I found myself often heading down south for weddings at Flanagan Farm, Hidden Pond, Linekin Bay Resort, York Harbor Reading Room, and Ogunquit. Maine has so many beautiful landscapes, and I felt so lucky to create photos by a variety of lakes, seashores, mountains, and more.
So, without further ado, here are some of my favorite 2017 wedding photos. Enjoy! And, if you’re currently looking for a wedding photographer for your 2018 wedding I still have some weekend availability, so don’t hesitate in reaching out for more information- I want to hear all about your shindig and learn about the two of you.
